Spring Cleaning

Every state in this nation is experiencing warmer than normal weather so far this year. Every state but Washington, that is. Ugh. 60 degrees at 3 in the afternoon on June 13th bites.
Ken and I decided that since we are still only experiencing spring weather here that we would do some spring cleaning on Kia Ora. We hauled the boat yesterday and spent today unfreezing seacocks and grinding barnacles off the prop and shaft. Tomorrow we start buffing the hull. A big job but worth it.
I hope the sun shows its lovely face tomorrow. Summer officially arrives next week, right?
