Capt. Jeff
Well, where do I start with this amazing day. We all went snorkeling today, and saw many fish in the coral. We got to sleep in today, till about 9 this morning. The boat ride in the dingy was about a 20 minute ride, and we had to search for the coral. Captain Jeff went by himself, because he had to look for some conch for dinner. It was a difficult snorkeling day, because the current was very strong and was pushing us away from the dingy and the coral. To solve the problem with the current, Captain Jeff pulled us in the dingy and took us to the beginning of the coral and let us drift to the end, where he picked us up and let us start over again. On our way back the to boat, we had a interaction with some, "whirlpools, and Joel fell in the water. When we got back, we snorkeled through a plane that was used for smuggling drugs into the US from the Bahamas, by a drug cartel that was run by Carlos Lehder. While we were there, we stood onto of one of the wings and wish were swimming around and between us. We also saw three sting rays while we were there. We ate lunch, then we went to a beach to clean the conch. Joel and I skinned the conch with our teeth. When we finished with the conch, Captain took us to his secret place. It was real quiet there and peaceful. We then went back to the boat and had some conch and now we are waiting to have some barbecue chicken. Best wishes, Quinten
