Trip to Siberian Britain

Even though we were well aware of the snow conditions in the UK, it was still a considerable shock climbing off the plane at Luton. It had been really warm in Malta for some time so the sub-zero temperatures took some getting used to. However, during our week, we managed to see family and visit the London Boat Show without getting snowed in or needing snow chains. Our nephews loved it because school was closed but they still had homework to do which was sent to them via the school's internet. How times have changed from when we were young! (Continued...)

3D – the future of cinema

Together with friends, Angie & Wayne, we experienced the future of cinema at Malta's only 3D cinema where we saw Avatar. Those of you who have not yet seen it are in for a treat and we can confirm that all the hype surrounding the film is justified - we loved it, despite having to wear the Joe 90 specs! (Continued...)
