Diesel Duck was berthed at the Yacht Club Argentino in Mar del Plata for 9 days. The club offered a one week free stay for foreign visiting vessels, so no surprise to see many cruisers here again which we had met previously. A couple of days after our arrival the Italian 54 foot charter yacht "Kamana" with Nives and Enrico came in which we had last seen in Purto Williams, Chile. Nives said that the trip up the coast had been very, very rough and she could have kissed the ground as they arrived here. (I don't think she did that, but she headed straight for the hot showers and then to the airport!) Enrico sailed the boat singlehanded to the Azores from here.
