a snug fit!

With Flirtie berthed snugly in between two motor yachts on 'pontile Destriero', we weren't going anywhere.

The wind was a constant 25 knots gusting up to 39 knots. Fenders squeaked, rigging howled and small wavelets tickled the hull. The bimini had to be taken down for fear of the framework bending and the ensign was wrapped up as a preventative measure.

We did the usual touristy stuff... meandered the streets whilst sucking ice-cream, caught the local bus to Porto Cervo, reprovisioned (again), laundry (again) and spent several enjoyable hours catching up with Sue and Andy off 'Psittakos' who are berthed nearby on 'pontile dei Fiori' and are also waiting for the wind to pass.
