Thursday’s are Pozole day in Z-Town! Pozole (hominy) is a traditional Mexican soup of hominy and chicken (or pork) with sides of blue corn tortillas, radishes, onions, peppers, chips, pork rind, avocado, lime and seasonings. YUM! We enjoyed the evening with Peter, Margie, Diana and Marcus (s/v Allora) with a stop at the ice cream shop (of course!) on the way back to our boats.
