*11/03/10: [Corrected] We regret to announce the death of Assistant Safety Boat Officer, Chris Horn. We understand that the cause of death was Peritonitis and that Chris was in Kazakstan on business at the time. On behalf of the club we send our condolences to his wife, Veronica, who is currently in the UK. Chris, an expert in electronics & radio communications, became associated with the club last summer, volunteering his expertise in connection with the rescue boat radios, and generallly helping out with rescue boat maintenance.
