So the end of this journey - so many places, islands, beaches, people.
We thought we would share a 'best of' these - it will also help us remember!
They are not in any order - that's just way too hard to do!, and we will post over a few blogs.

Long Beach, Great Keppel Island - white long sandy beach with clear blue water
Hook Passage Beach, Hook Island - the water colours here are amazing - all different blues and greens
Whites Bay, Middle Percy Island - bluest water contrasted against vast white, red and yellow sandhills
Platypus Bay, Hervey Bay - white white sand and the bluest clear water
North East Bay, Palm Island - long sandy deserted beach with gorgeous water colours
Whitehaven (Hill Inlet), Whitsunday Island - absolutely worth the walk up to see this gorgeous spot before a swim
Sea Eagle Beach, Thomas Island - fringed with reef and water colours with a perfect sandy beach
Carlisle Island/Brampton Island beach - the mass of sand spits and clear water make this picture postcard
Coal Shaft Bay, Broughton Island - unspoilt uninhabited and glorious white sandy beach against blue water
Scawfell Island (the small bay) - the greenest clear water colours against a stunning backdrop

Our Top 10 Island memories

Scawfell Island -butterflies, having the sun, beaches and water all to ourselves, fishing for dinner, clouds over a mountain backdrop
Lady Musgrave Island - sunrises, sunsets, snorkelling, coral beach
Thomas Island - beaching, fishing, chilling
Heron Island - fish life and finding a different way to get there.
Great Keppel Island - contrasting long sandy beaches
Magnetic Island - great walks, great beaches, great spot in perfect weather
Hamilton Island - lots to do and eat in windy weather spells
Broughton Island - fantastic first spot, solitude and fishing for dinner
Orpheus Island - more great birthday memories, sunsets and beaches
Dunk Island - as far as we got, good spot to stop for a while
