We had a lovely sail from Ilet Gosier to Les Saints the day after Christmaa, a 15 mile sail. Kurt and Jane were in need of a "sail fix" so they joined us for the day, we had a terrific sail! Kurt was at the helm most of the way while the rest of us relaxed and waited for a fishy to bite one of the many lines we had out! No luck with the fishing...

We anchored beneath Fort Napoleon on the island of Terre Den Haut. The small town of Bourg des Saintes is a picturesque seaside town with boutiques, small shops, art galleries, restaurants, yummy ice cream parlour and of course the boulangerie! It is a quiet laid back town and very friendly. There is a youth center where the boys played basketball every day while we walked Daisy.

We had a birthday celebration for Maria on Eira then enjoyed a great birthday dinner at one of the local fish restaurants located right on the water. The surf was splashing against the restaurant wall. The gang from Dreamweaver joined us for the celebration and we had a real fun evening!
