Elaine/ Clouds/Rain Off & On/77 degrees
It rained quite steadily all night with periodic gusts of wind. Today was cloudy and rainy most of the day; however, around 2:30 it cleared off and we saw the sun. Cindy and Rick, S/V Dark Star, stopped by. We met them our second year in Titusville just before Christmas. It was good to see them as they had hollered as we pulled in yesterday as we motored through the mooring field. Just as they were about to leave, Susan and Dean, S/V Autumn Bourne pulled aside in their dinghy. They came aboard and shared some "Dark and Stormy" cocktails and we exchanged tales of our trip south. Saw a great video of their granddaughter who had just discovered her toes. It was a great video bringing laughter to each of us! We also learned that S/V Tulla with Mike and Bev were at a mooring not far from us and in fact Mike had dinghied by today bringing his two dogs to shore. I am embarrassed to say I did not recognize Mike. We will certainly have to stop by to say hello. Despite the rain showers I was able to get a decent shot of a "Little Blue Heron" just behind our boat. Hope I can get at least a couple nice shots of dolphins while we are here as there are certainly an abundance of them every day!
