It was a long day. We got very little help from tidal currents, and the wind was pretty much on our nose. In addition, we waited for 20 minutes for one bridge. We stopped for fuel, water and a pump out, that took 45 minutes. Finally, we had to hold for 10 minutes while a pipe barge on the Savannah River crossed the ICW. We didn't set the hook till 16:45. Still, it was a 56 mile day, and we should arrive in Charleston by Thursday early in the day.
