We're in West Palm Beach. On Sunday,we were kicked around by the Atlantic for 4 hours between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. The seas and wind were greater than predicted. Our over-all Atlantic Ocean experience has been very negative. We don't like it! Once back inside on the ICW we went through several bridges to arrive at Lake Boca Raton. It was party city there for at least 50 to 60 boats, but most of the boats left by 18:00. Only 4 boats anchored there overnight. This morning we went through the first of 11 bridges at 08:30 and by 14:00 we had anchored here in West Palm Beach. The wind was on our stern all day so we made great time even with all the bridge delays. We plan to sit out the passage of a storm front tomorrow and head up to Manatee Pocket on Wednesday.
