After the epic journey that was PNG, our months of staying in Palau were relatively pedestrian. With the exception of having guests wherein we dropped the boat work and just had fun, most of our time was spent on practical matters- boat work and paperwork for our next destination. We appreciated the convenient amenities that Palau offers such as slow yet reliable internet and good supermarkets. Most people speak English, and the currency and postal service is US.
