I cannot believe it!

Left Copra Shed and anchored overnight at Cousteau. The resort is shut at the moment due to cyclone damage so plenty of room (they do not like yachts anchoring off the resort) but only three boats anyway. We planned on staying one night but Ding came across from next boat, he is a single hander (British) and has been sailing out here many years. He stayed for the afternoon and like us could not believe that the polls were right and people would vote for Brexit so suggested we met for party tomorrow to celebrate or drown our sorrows. This morning we decided that it might be a rather alcoholic event so decided we would continue original plan and go to Fawn Harbour. Radiod Ding and suggested he join us there for roast pork he said he would follow if he got his drive belt sorted. We arrived late afternoon just as it was getting dark followed by 88888 who are on their way to Lau and hoping for a window (of no wind) to cross in prior to meeting up with family near Suva later in the month. No sign of Ding so we ate alone unable to believe the referendum result WE HAVE VOTED TO LEAVE, the country must have gone collectively mad. Woke to lovely day first time we have seen it in the sun
