The final day of sailing was without wind . The northerlies did not arrive so we ended up motoring the last few miles although Chris was still pleased with the crossing in 7 days 14hrs (only slightly slower than Kirk). Highlight of the final day was a school of pilot whales which crossed our track . We slowed to allow them to pass but soon found we were in the middle of them.
