The head has walls now. So for those not familiar with Eva's layout, the aft bulkhead (bottom photo on the right shows it well) separates the head from engine room and the ceiling of the head will be part of the nav table. We've chosen a Lavac head as the one and only in the boat, a trouble-free marine head if there ever was one.

paintwork and simple systems (we seriously considering not having a fridge) lifting keel so go anywhere: think estuaries, rivers, the amazon! high tidal zones, ability to beach, comfortable enough for 5 and 2 occasional guests) We live and sail and travel the world until the kids scream enough (probably when they'll be teens so 10 yrs to go) then find pleasant area to settle and when kids go to college off we sail again as a 'free' couple to who knows where.
That's the plan so far anyhow.
