Here we are shoving some more galley panels into place. This photo is taken facing the bow from inside the pilothouse. Those grey tabs jutting out through the panels (you can see them better in the previous photo) are going to hold the PVC pipes which will be our electrical and gas conduits.

Galley panels are being fitted. The panel here is 9 mm plywood with 3 mm deep grooves cut into it to better take the curvature of the hull. The insulation is slowly and permanently being covered, so satisfying. Other works in progress at the moment: keel winch box (photo coming soon), final glassing of the bathtub, cupboard interiors, more templates and more panels! Not to mention the incessant painting and treating of wood happening in the background...

We are making all the access ports in the panel which covers the keel well in the galley. The long groove you see in the picture will house the diesel day tank's level (clear tube). The tank sits right behind it. It's turned out to be quite adorning in its Sapele trim.

Here we are getting acquainted with our new 3500 VWC windlass. Our ground tackle will consist of 12mm chain and a 55kg Rocna anchor (also known as my engagement ring... what else could a girl wish for?)
