We had a great Christmas dinner on the beach at Hog Cay. We had a 5th. boat arrive, Scotch Mist, and they brought turkey and stuffing. We had a great lobster risotto, grilled tenderloin of bison, lobsters wrapped in bacon, sticky buns, cherry cheesecake, mac 'n cheese, cole slaw, veggies, and various apps.

We could have fed a medium sized town. It was all very tasty. In all there were 9 of us. A nice sized crowd. We stayed until dark and it was a very pleasant event.

I'm sure everyone had a good time and we certainly had tremendous weather for our Christmas dinner. The guys even wore shirts that had buttons on them...that made it a formal affair!
