Fine Lion at anchor at Johnson Cay

If you look up "paradise" in the dictionary, I think it'll have a picture of the anchorage at Johnson Cay. We haven't been in here for three years. It will only hold 2 or 3 boats, and the weather has to be perfect. If the wind's coming out of the north, it can get downright dangerous. Right now we have very light SE breezes, and we took our shot.

Yesterday, we were the only boat here. It was fantastic. There are about 35 goats that live on this small island. Kim and I did some exploring then just wallowed in the crystal clear water.

The island is like a horseshoe and the anchorage is in the middle. The sand is soft like flour. You can't get any sort of cell or internet signal here so I had to use the Satphone to send off this update. I'll have more pictures when I get a decent signal after we leave here. I think we'll be able to stay for a couple more nights. The place is beautiful.

Check out the links on the left that show our position and use the satelite view.

More later.
