May the 4th be with you. I am not writing about weather anymore it's toooooo boring. It's my birthday. We spent a nice evening at Harbor Village Marina in Mt Pleasant NC. We actually realized we had stopped here on the way down. We had some early bridge encounters that worked out well with us seeking behind some commercial traffic. We went thru Camp Lejune Marine base. Didn't see much going on just some shot up old vehicles that were practice targets and about 5 M1A1's tanks on a ridge. A Cat got stuck in the ICW at a shallow spot. We couldn't help him get off sea tow had to help. We made it to Beaufort and settled in at the Town Creek Marina. We got a cab over to the town and had a nice birthday dinner and walked around the town. What a nice place and the Beaufort Dock Marina looked real nice. My thought of the day is "it sucks getting old".
