We spent a couple of more days at the Fort Pierce city marina sheltered from the bad weather and taking in some local amusements like the Navy Seal Museum and a show at the Sunrise theater. We met a nice cup,e (Dean and Danelia) on the slip across from us. they have the exact same boat. We returned the rental car and took in the Saturday market. We also went to the local mission church for mass. We departed at slack tide on Sunday Am. We had brisk winds from the east and made our way south with a reefed jib. the engines seemed to perform well and we pulled into Sunset Bay Marina in Stuart about 13:00. we met up with Noreen and her husband Mark. We hadn't seen Noreen for about 30 years. It was nice to catch up on things and it was nice meeting her husband. We ended the day with a walk into Stuart, free pizza at the Marina and a free movie (Dunkirk) at the marina.
