Noumea - 837 miles to go

After departing Newcastle yesterday we had to motor sail overnight due to lack of wind. However this morning the wind arrived and we've had good sailing all day reaching ENE direction mostly at 7-8 knots. We have covered 190 miles so far leaving 837 to go!! We have both been feeling a bit queasy as we get our sea legs, which usually takes a couple of days. Also the seas are confused probably due to the East Coast current of 1-2 knots flowing against the southerly wind. We report our position (Latitude and Longitude) morning and evening via radio to Tas coast radio in Hobart.
