had a great trip with my dad we tok the boat to florida so i can conrinue my sailing this witer it feels so good to be free from employees and work strangeling my throat daily i do not know what to do with my new found life and freedom
me and angela are goingto thailand on the 9th until the 21st a much needed get away for a chance

CASTING the lines Monday after 5 years of planning and working toward this day
I cant believe its here and I am a little nervous
change is difficult but I will make it one way or the other

we sold the business and are 120 days from full retirement we have been working on the boat for the last 2 years and have it blue water ready
the dogs are healthy and ready
angela and I are ready

getting closer and closer I can taste the salt water

On the dirt and on the hill we are, working as hard as we can on rehabbing the boat to meet our needs
we took out the pump bathrooms and installed vacuum flush, in 2 bathrooms only and made the other 2 heads complete showers. we replaced the damaged head tanks and installed heavy duty plastic tanks

added a 7.5 k Onan generator and a water maker, bought a rocna anchor and rehabbed the anchor chain
we are slowly getting the vessel right when its not 30 degrees and or raining and snowing
its cold here this week averaging 21-39 in fact a northeast storm is here today I ran over to the boat and installed 2 very small ceramic heaters and threw them next to the engine room
