Extra:
August of 2005 my brother and I traveled south to Annapolis to pick up a Com-Pac 16 I purchased on eBay and named her Floridaze.

After making repairs over the next ten months or so she was ready to launch in July of 2006. My daughter and I loved it and after several outings and an overnighter we, or I, started thinking about a larger vessel.

Once again, August of 2006 I purchased a Com-Pac 19 located at a local yacht club. We took delivery the weekend after labor day, tropical storm Ernesto delayed us by a week. We spent the month of September sailing her around from a slip in Waretown.

We love the larger boat but with size comes cost. The 19 is alot more boat to just trailersail so a slip is in order.

As of Jan. I put my deposit down on a slip so we are ready go. Need some warmer weather so I can get to work on repainting the bottom.

July 2007 purchased Seaward 22. Now we have some space aboard! A little TLC and we'll be ready to set sail.
