We know it's comming, but we insist on putting ourselved through it every year......Haulout!! Vicki and I went for our last sail of the year around Basswood Island and then back toBayfield where we store the boat for the winter. The dock is almost empty, with the exception of a few charters. I'm always amazed at all the "Stuff" the fits on the boat that needs to be removed in the fall! But hopefully this will be the last time we will need to put ourvelves through this ritual. I've even been so bold as to reserve the clubhouse for June 2nd of 2012 for our Bon Voyage (Good Riddance) party. So if your in the neighborhood then, drop by and say goodbye!
