We got into Hampton around 5PM yesterday. There were more boats traveling south on the bay than we have seen in the past. About 4PM most of the boats start looking for a marina to stay for thr night, so the radio and marinas are bust finding places for all the boats. We had reserved a slip so were not in any hurry to get in. While we were in Simons, MD, we had had the boat pulled and the bottom cleaned. I was really surprised at the amount of growth on the boat. When he powerwashed it, the growth peeled off like rolling up a carpet! While the boat was up, I adjusted the new prop, but after running for a couple days, I see it could use even more pitch. Maybe when we get into warmer water, I'll give it another 1/2 turn on each blade. The plan is to stay here until Saturday then head across the river to Norfolk and start down the ICW.......Keep the comments comming....they are fun to read and keeps the lines of communication open and friends in mind!.....TTFN
