1st day onthe ICW

We left Hampton arouns 7AM and headed south. Going through Norfolk was interesteing. Naval shipe everywhere. Missle cruisers, aircraft carriers, and all sorths of support vessles. Leaving there to the ICW was uneventful. We traveled until about 5PM asnd tied up in an abandonded marine.....Free is wonderful! We haven't really decided if we'll leave here and head down to the sound, or stay here for a day and watch football....I'll know more tomorrow....TTFN
