For the past few days we have been testing different pizza dough recipees. We like the idea of a no yeast dough using only baking soda as leavening because it makes up a lot faster as you don't have to wait for the dough to rise. However we found that taste was sacrificed for the sake of convenience. We went back to a good old fashioned fast acting yeast recipe that we found online and it was yummy and definitely worth the extra hour of waiting.
