I just have to share the next couple of photos, taken from our deck at home last evening.... we had the most amazing sunset, it looked as though Saldanha over the hills from us was seriously on fire!

Still PO/SA!

Just a brief note ... Charles is on his way back from Cape Town now, "Starfire" having had her bottom scraped and antifouled, engine checked, some woodwork sanded and varnished, new mainsail cover, nav lights replaced etc., I spoke to him at 9am today and he was somewhere off Jacobsbaai (he thought!), he hopes to be into the river late afternoon, there was a big swell running but by the time he gets into the Bay here, it should be a lot quieter. Public holiday tomorrow, so hopefully, we will get out for a sail. In the meantime, we will gather with P and B for slupper with some of the mates to celebrate whichever public day it is!!! Cheers all, check you later.

Don't have a pic of "Starfire" our Freedom 33, she is heading out this morning early on route to Table Bay and Cape Town, for her annual checkups and works to be done. Charles should have reasonable weather over the next 24 hours... hopes to overnight at Dassen and then onto C.T by Saturday afternoon.

Thanks for showing us what home looks like. Starfire looks splendid and we hope that Charles has a safe sail to RCYC. Keep up the entries, it is so good for our morale. Love from the 3 Musketeers
Wonderful Pellies early a.m.
