Anchored in the channel between Kesil and Besar.
Motored with a heady for about an hour then the wind dropped off.

Made water, tank is almost full.  The water around here is very clear and clean.

We decided to explore the village this afternoon there is a wet market here for fish and chicken, also some other supplies so we hear.

Well the visit to the villiage was interesting to say the least, very Muslim with a distinct "couldn't care less" attitude. Strange for a place that depends on tourism for its existence. We say that but I think if tourist weren't here they would be happy with fishing and resting. We were able to get some frozen chicken and a few bits and pieces that would be enough to get us to Miri so we we're happy. That night we went to the opposite island where the resturants were for some fish that was excellant.
There were small resorts, backpackers places and most of the people we Asian or European.
