GHOST

Following Stefano's update on our hard work and provisioning efforts, this is the final Party Blog for the next 14-21(ish) days. Last night saw the Ghost crew at the intriguingly named Arc Farewell Cocktail Party...intriguing due to the distinct lack of cocktails, though luckily there was a seemingly endless supply of free beer that was enjoyed by all, to various extents. Heather made a sensible and largely straight route back to the boat pre midnight, while our esteemed skipper and the ship's boy took a slightly more meandering route at some point in the small hours.

The boat is currently a hive of activity, with people up the mast, on deck, at the chandlery, under the bunks and in the bilges. But despite the seeming chaos we're feeling pretty well organised and will be calling it a (hot) day quite shortly for a quiet dinner out with a couple of other crews - making the most of the land and other company before the off tomorrow.
