GHOST

After leaving Bequia we headed south to visit the Tobago Cays. It lived up to its stunning reputation as we anchored in 4m of beautiful turquoise waters surrounded by pristine sandy beaches. We took Appy (the dingy) to the marine reserve and then spent a couple of hours snorkelling with Turtles - it was absolutely brilliant and definitely a must in the list of things to do in your life! We then decided to spoil ourselves by eating Larry the Lobster (bought from a local fisherman) for a barbecue lunch, he was very tasty but we felt very sad for eating him.

We then headed up to Mustique for New Year. Seemed like a good idea at the time but just having paid a small fortune to reserve a table for tonight, perhaps the decision to spend New Year in the MOST expensive Caribbean island was not such a good one...and then there's the rolly anchorage too... Anyway we are only here once and am sure we'll have a great time tonight joined by some friends on other boats. Next update from 2010!
