So much has happened over the past three weeks.... new places, new friends, new adventures.... all wonderful!

With the boat back in the water, we sail south into some of the remote Abacos Cays to be alone..... far from the maddening crowd.

Deserted beaches, wonderful sunsets, lots of sea glass, quiet evenings, great dinners, wonderful stars, no news, no internet, no noise.

We decide to visit Little Harbour, an excellent completely protected harbour with a sand bar across the entrance which leaves only 3.5' of water to enter the harbour.

At 7am at a high tide we ride into the harbour without problems and spend a wonderful week meeting the locals, cycling 20km for a dozen eggs, exploring the backroads, and most importantly... relaxing!

The harbour has no services except a restaurant/bar (Pete's Pub) and a wonderful 50 year old bronze foundry. Heaven!

I now know enough about casting bronze to be dangerous! Another project for the lake!

Miles of beautiful beaches, great independent people..... Louise is very happy being away from things!

We'll be back next year to further our bronze casting knowledge!
