What a great day! We saw 3 pairs of dolphins diving along side us. We covered about 38 miles and went through Onslow Bridge and Surf City Bridge. The Onslow bridge on Camp Lejeune actually held the bridge open an extra 10 min for us until we made the opening, maybe he saw our new USMC windsock. We had to slow way down to time the opening correctly for the last bridge. They only open on the hour and we missed the one o'clock opening, so for 45 min we basically drifted with the current to make the 2 o'clock opening. We ate lunch and enjoyed the sunshine while we waited. We are tucked in for the night at Harbor Village Marina and will sleep well.
