Velcro Beach
27 February 2011 | Vero Beach, FL
Well, we are finally in Vero Beach! We are on a mooring ball at Vero Beach City Marina. Another fantastic day! We traveled about 27 miles from our last anchorage. Lots of boat traffic and lots of wakes! Saw some dolphins and have not spotted a manatee yet. It's seven in the evening and still 74 outside. We will probably be here a week or so. Have to order some gadgets, provision, clean and get our taxes done. You may be wondering why the title is "Velcro Beach"? Cruisers often have a hard time leaving here, because they like it so much!
