Making bits

With my trip to recover GD from the canal only just over a month away I have been busy making a restraining cage for the deep freezer. Bungee cord is ok in the canal but not in the Bay of Biscay!
I have also made a bracket to support an additional 40 watt solar pv panel on the pushpit, to be fitted on the port side over the transom. This will give me a total of 60 watts at 14 volts, enough to keep the fridges running with help from the wind generator. As with the original panel, the new one will feed the X-split battery manager via a blocking diode.
