A Day in Saint Michaels

Sunny, warm, light winds
We finally left Island View Marina after having our new wind generator, a new shore power connection and galvonic isolator installed.
After a short sail, we spent the night anchored out in a bay at St. Michaels which is a great place for boaters to visit. According to our boating guide St. Michaels has been compared to the Hamptons of several decades ago. We walked around the historic St. Michaels town and enjoyed a nice happy hour snack at the Crab and Steak House.
We got up bright and early this morning and are headed to Solomons Island which is at the mouth of the Patuxent River in the Chesapeake Bay.
