Rodney Bay Marina

08 February 2016 | St Lucia
Richard
Like Jolly Harbor in Antigua, Rodney Bay in St Lucia felt like it could be home.

The Rodney Bay Marina provides a free dinghy dock for anchored boats. Which gives you access to several dockside restaurants, chandlery, customs/immigration, bank, garbage collection, mini-grocery store, taxis, tour operators, etc...

There is another free dinghy dock provided by a nearby shopping mall offering access to plenty of stores and restaurants.

These people know how to make cruising sailboats feel safe and welcome and as a result, we enjoyed and spent our dollars (almost too many). We will come back, because we only touched the surface of what we wanted to do while we were here.
