I found out that it really was THE Bertie Higgins who commented on my posting "Darn You Bertie Higgins." It turns out that a friend of mine met him after a show a while back and turned him onto the Boat Drunks. He sent him the link to my posting and Bertie posted the comment. I guess you never really know who's reading.... maybe I'll write a post about Danica Patrick and see what happens! :OD

And to any of you who aren't impressed, I would only ask how many number one hits you've written? I know in my case its a whopping ZERO! Also, regarding the year the song came out, I was off by a couple of years. I stand corrected.
