Well, I slipped out of Charleston this morning and headed about 15 miles south to get past a drawbridge with a restricted opening schedule. On John's Island, I found a small, inexpensive and very basic marina called Ross Marine. Not much in the way of amenities but, as you can see, it's in a very beautful area on the Stono River.
