			<description>Well, after a nice stay in St Augustine, I started moving again on Monday morning.  Monday night, I stayed in Palm Coast. Stoopid tides!&quot;  OK, tide came in enough that I was under way by 9:00.</description>

			<title><![CDATA[Oldest City in America]]></title>

			<description>Well, I left Jacksonville on Friday morning and headed south to St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US.  It was first settled in the 1500's by the Spanish.  It's a really pretty town and the Spanish influence is evident.</description>
