Cold Front at Staniel

18 April 2008 | Staniel Cay, Exumas
We left Georgetown without checking weather, because there was no internet. We sailed right into a cold front. The boat once again was sprayed with salt water and had to be washed down completely. We pulled in at Galliot cut and slept protected by Little Farmers Cay. The next morning we sailed on the Bahama Bank to Staniel Cay.
The Yacht club looks better than ever, the roof was replaced, all was done very tastefully without destroying the old charm and the look of the yacht club. We were greeted by the friendly staff,Susanna, Rhonda, Joan,Carl and David. Its fun to be back!
