Well so we wanted to leave on 11/11/11 just because, well .... ok it just sounded cool. However into every cruise the inevetable delay must fall and ours came in the form of DD's doctor saying "surgery really is the best option",without going into any details a husband has no business discussing...surgery it was. As of last friday the doctor says everything is A-OK, and DD has a clean bill of health. So on with the plan.
It became official yesterday DD gave her 2 weeks notice to USC, she will soon join the ranks of the unemployed, umm I mean the strategically jobless world explorers. So the new date has been set, carefully crafted around the outgoing tide and the rise of the full moon we shall, weather permitting set sail on the early Saturday morning of 12/10/11. ( that does not sound nearly as numericaly cool by the way).
So seriously this time, no more harbor patrol for Doc, no more USC for DD , we are off with the rising sun.
