Keel Fix. We opened up the keel and realized (with the help of the yard!) that we have delamination forward and compression aft, consistent with a hit before we owned INDIGO. Nick, the fiberglass guy has stripped and fared the area and wrapped the joint with fiberglass. The keel bolts have been removed one at a time and replaced with new washers. Some of the old washers had deteriorated.

Slider. The hood is lifted off the main hatch slider and needs to be replaced. The slider itself had lost the teak stopper and the only thing preventing it from coming apart was two (bent!) screws. It will be replaced with another strip of teak.
