We are an Australian couple who have been cruising on our Hylas 49 since 2010. We are currently in Alaska having sailed from NZ via French Polynesia and Hawaii last year.

Some flamingoes nest here but others travel to and from Venezuela.  They are greyish when young.  Their pink colour deepens as they grow and comes from the shrimp or plankton they live on.
