Still in Port Harvey

This morning's 4am weather forecast predicted headwinds up to 25 knots, so I decided to stay in Port Harvey. Mid morning I raised the anchor and moved to the nearby marina, where I've been able to use a Wi-Fi signal for the first time since leaving Prince Rupert. So I was able to read the New York Times, pay a house utility bill, and catch up on Facebook. I also baked a loaf of bread and changed the bedsheets.
It has rained all day, non-stop. Late this afternoon the sky began to lighten and the rain slowed to a gentle drizzle, but now, near bedtime, a loud, heavy downpour is pounding on the cabin. The forecast says it'll stop in the morning before returning tomorrow night. The wind, while still from the southeast, is supposed to be lighter tomorrow so I plan on leaving in the morning, hopefully timing my arrival at Camp Point, where the strongest currents are, near the time of slack tide. Forecasts are promising a return to northwesterlies in a couple of days with, possibly, some sunshine. I should be back in Seattle in another 7 to 10 days.
