Galley Finished

George /Hot/ Chance of Thunder Showers
So there are now two functioning sinks, solid counter top, new Formica, and new fixtures... see the attached pictures in our galley.

It did not take 2 weeks! Ha to Kathy's estimates ! :) It did however take two days and one evening.

Working Formica, heavy plywood, and teak without the benefit of a full wood shop is a rather new experience. It is truly amazing what you can do with a Dremel tool and a sawsall.

It is curious that, given the probability of getting hot water out of the cold tap is 50/50, I do seem able to achieve that 100% of the time. I even marked it when I took it apart. Presumably, got distracted in the middle and marked incorrectly. Perhaps I will take a new approach and not worry about it. It seems then that it would, at least occasionally, be correct.

It does however provide predictable amusement for Kathy.

No worries though, 15 minutes and it was corrected.

So this blog was at least one answer to the question "What do yo do all day on that boat?"
