Ode to Old Age

Out for a couple of weeks
In late June, Anita’s shoulder and my eye healed sufficiently to make a little journey on Karina C.

Hi kids! This is the hotel Park Royal. An older 1960s-1970s kind of place. Impeccably maintained. The rooms are all modern with AC, wifi, complimentary cells and 110/220 plugs.
Today, after breakfast at the cheap breakfast nook, we walked up to little India and bought Anita a saree for $60 S (About the same as Canadian). She is trying it on now. I'll send pics in the future when we dress up for the cruise. This afternoon we are going to the museum and then the pool in the evening for a swim and a legendary Singapore Sling before bed.
I seem to have emerged from the trip with no medical issues. Shortly after I made the last blog post (S- 2:30 pm) I thought I would have a quick nap before dinner. Next thing I knew it was 12:00 midnight. Sooooo with nothing else to do except sleep we got up very refreshed today at 0600.
