We traveled 180 miles over two days and are in St Augustine at hidden ?Harbor Marina, at the Dock (first time at a dock sine Jan 16th). We needed to wash the boat down after a trek through mosquito Lagoon in 50 mph winds, the boat was totally salted. Staying here for a few days and relax, ride bikes and hit the beach, we heard that it might finally warm up in Florida.

Today, after 9 years with the boat, I actually miscalculated my docking maneuver and bumped into the dock (the first time I have hit a dock in all 9 years with this boat), for some reason I didn't check the wind direction because I thought it was coming from the opposite direction, thus, I was expecting to be blown off the dock and had Bessie ready with a spring line but, to my surprise the wind was blowing me into the dock and the whole maneuver was sucky, oh well... no damage though. After I hit the dock I thought, Ed Hind would have loved to be here to see this...
