Mark, Clare and I have been very busy over the past 3 days getting QUASAR IV ready for our journey home. With numerous jobs to complete, we are progressing well and on track for our depature later today back to Sint Maarten to complete the remaining jobs such as unblocking the old toilet pipes which could certainly impact on morale on the way back! I have been busy working on the engine while Mak and Clare have completed several supermarket runs to stockup on 45 days worth of food. With this now more or less completed,we just need to get some fresh food, a few more spares, and we will be off to Bermuda in about 5 days time. Time is speeding up at the moment and before we know it, we will be away again, experiencing the tranquillity of the ocean....and the massive swell, waves, gale force winds, and rain that the North Atlantic Ocean is so versed in delivering. Still, with good company, good food, a few books, and plenty of fresh fish to catch for dinner, we are all looking forward to the challenge of the next couple of months. Mark certainly is looking at all of those biscuits in front of him!
